So, I’m sitting here trying to ponder my New Years’ resolution “get fit” blog post and I just couldn’t bear to put you all through the usual rah, rah, speech. Let’s face it – we’re all sick of it. Including me! So instead, here are some outstanding quotes (at least I think they are) that you can read every time your motivation to workout dims…
“Bigger snacks mean bigger slacks.” –Unknown
“What you eat in private will show up in public.” –Unknown
“It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward.” –Old Chinese Proverb by Massage China
“Most people fail, not because of lack of desire, but, because of lack of commitment.” –Vince Lombardi
“When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on.” –Thomas Jefferson
AND MY MOST FAVORITE: “Fitness – If it came in a bottle, everybody would have a great body.” –Cher
